You can publish PostGIS data services as data sources
directly to data services and map services, such as REST data services,
REST, Map services, WFS service, WMS service, WCS service.
You can publish data stored in PostGIS service by following
these steps:
- Click "publish service" on the
"service management homepage" or click "quickly publish
service" on the "service-service management" page to
enter the publishing wizard;
- Select "PostGIS Service" as the
data source and click "Next";
- Set the address of the PostGIS service.
Enter server in turn, such as "192.168.112.251", server
port, name, schema name, user name and password, etc. Please confirm
all correctness of PostGIS service address and ports. Then click Next;
- Select the published service type, such
as rest data service, and click Next;
- Configure the corresponding service according
to the selected service type, and click Publish;
- When the service type selects data services, such as rest data
service, wfs1.0.0 service, ArcGIS rest feature service, and so
on, it is required to set whether data services is "editable"
or not. The default is not editable.
- When map services is selected for the service type, such as
rest map service, WMS1.0.0 service, wmts 1.0.0 service, etc.,
you also need to enter or select a json-formatted style file that
specifies the style of the map. If not set, iServer will be used
and the default style file will be used: 【SuperMapiServer installation
directory】\webapps\iserver\WEB-INF\config\mapboxstyles\defaultstyle.json
- When the service type is wmts-china service, no configuration
is required
- After publishing, you can see the name
and link of the currently published service. Click it to access the
service directly.
Please note that SuperMap iServer does not support
direct;y publishing attribute tables and raster datasets in PostGIS database
as services.
